England & Wales. Orders under £150 will be charged £9.50 for carriage. Delivery is free above this amount.
Northern Ireland. Orders under £250 will be charged £17.50 for carriage. Delivery is free above this amount.
Scotland. Orders under £250 will be charged £12.50 for carriage. Delivery is free above this amount.
Eire. Orders under £500 will be charged £35.00 for carriage. Delivery is free above this amount
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with any purchase from Allure Lighting and offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return your items we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the goods (less our actual post and packing costs) and the buyer is responsible for any carriage costs on the return (see also ‘Damaged Items’ below). However we are unable to offer refunds for items which we have customized for you.
Damaged Items
All products that we deliver are packed to a high standard and our professional carriers are fully aware of the care needed with each individual item. Please note that we can not be held responsible for damage once you have signed and accepted delivery. Signing unchecked on the delivery notes will not be accepted in the case of a claim.
